In reference to the Conyers apparitions, the late Archbishop James Lyke of Atlanta reminded the faithful "to remember that the sacramental life of the parish must remain the central activity for the worshipping faithful". Please attend Mass and partake of Confession and the Holy Eucharist as part of your pilgrimage to Conyers.

The Divine Liturgy (the Mass) is held in the local Eastern Rite parish, Mother of God Catholic Church, next to the Conyers apparition site as follows:
- 8:00 am Monday to Friday in English.
- 9:00 am and 5:30 pm (Vigil) on Saturday in English
- 9:00 am (in English) and 10:30 am (in Ukrainian) on Sunday
- The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available 30 minutes before every Mass and also upon request.
St. Pius X Catholic Church

Masses are held in the local Latin Rite parish, St. Pius X Catholic Church, in Conyers as follows:
- 8:30 am Monday to Friday & 6:30 pm Mon, Wed & Friday
- 8:30 am on 1st Saturday only & 5:30 pm (Vigil) every Saturday
- 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:15 pm, 1:30 pm (Spanish) and 5:30 pm on Sunday
- The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available at 4-5 pm Saturday

Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Monastery

Masses at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Monastery as follows:
- 7:00 am daily including Sunday
- Daily Vespers, the uplifting chanting of the Psalms, are at 5:20 pm
- The Daily Compline (Night Prayer) at 7:30 pm.
The gates of the Monastery open at 6 AM and close at 8 PM.
