Why a Church
The Mother of God, Our Loving Mother, has requested many times
in her messages at Conyers that it is the “Will of God” that a Church
be built to honor Her under the title “OUR LOVING MOTHER”.
She told us that the name of the Church is to be "Our Loving Mother."
She also told us that She is honored and accepted in Heaven as the Loving Mother
of God, and that She is "One Mother with Many Titles."

Plans for Our Loving Mother Catholic Church Move Forward
The plans and design of this beautiful Church have been
reviewed by Bishop Robert Moskal and he is very pleased with the design and splendor
of the proposed Church.
Our Architect for the design of the church is in Washington, D. C and the name of
the firm is Franck, Lohsen & McCrery, Architects. In order to have a more accurate
estimate on the construction costs, the architectural plans were given to the national
building contractor, Whiting and Turner, with offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington
D. C. They responded with a detailed cost estimate of $19.1 million. Since that
cost estimate several years ago, everything has gone up and the revised estimate
as of July 2008 is 25 Million Dollars!
This new cost estimate of 25 million dollars created quite a shock wave for
us! After the shock wave passed, we started looking for ways to cut cost. However,
as we prayed about how to do this, a warm and wonderful feeling became clear in
our hearts... "How much is too much for Our Loving Mother?"

Before any construction or ground breaking can begin, we must have at least 75%
of the new estimated cost of 25 million dollars in the bank. As of June 30, 2008
over two million dollars has been received. This is over 8.3% of our goal!!!
